Boomerang Digital puts customer demand at heart of ACOS launches

Boomerang Digital will use ACOS 2026 to unveil two new products developed in response to operator demand, alongside advances across its payments, entertainment and compliance portfolio.

The company will launch the new Fortune Wheel Mini and Jigsaw Lite at the show, with Director of Sales Freddie Shreeve describing both products as examples of Boomerang’s focus on listening to customers and delivering practical, cost-effective solutions.

The Fortune Wheel Mini takes the company’s established Fortune Wheel concept and packages it into a smaller and more affordable unit, designed for operators looking for the same appeal but with a reduced footprint and investment level.

Shreeve said: “It’s something that our customers have been asking us for, and I’m confident the combination of a smaller footprint and lower price point will create a lot of interest.”

Also making its debut will be Jigsaw Lite, a lightweight solution combining music and advertising within a single device. Boomerang says the simplified and more cost-effective format will make the services accessible to a wider range of operators.

“Both launches are powerful examples of how we’re listening to the needs of our customers and developing the products and solutions they are requesting and that they need,” Shreeve added.

Elsewhere on the stand, Boomerang will showcase its Multi Progressive Jackpot promotion, now fully integrated with its mobile app and PayStation technology, as well as a redesigned Jigsaw user interface and the new Bingo Express UI currently being rolled out across existing venues.

Compliance will also feature strongly. For AGC operators, Boomerang will demonstrate its facial recognition solution alongside SmartHub, providing additional tools designed to assist with self-exclusion and venue compliance.

Visitors looking for a show deal will also be offered premium refurbished 8021 PayStations in what Boomerang describes as “like-new” condition for £8,995 + VAT. Stock is limited and the offer has been introduced as a lower-cost route for operators wanting the functionality of the 8021 platform.

ACOS will also provide the industry with an opportunity to meet Alice Harrison, Boomerang Digital’s new Head of Entertainment, who will be at the show discussing the company’s plans for the sector.

Shreeve concluded: “For me, this irresistible combination of new technology, new products and new people really demonstrates what Boomerang is all about.”
